Please Read Carefully Before Booking
By reserving a bounce house with [Your Business Name],
you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Rental Agreement
The renter (referred to as “Customer”) must be 18 years or older
and present a valid ID at delivery.
The Customer assumes full responsibility
for the equipment while in their possession.
Equipment is to be used only for its intended purpose and on flat, dry surfaces.
2. Payment and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $___ is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Delivery & Setup
We deliver, set up, and secure all inflatables for safe use.
The Customer must ensure clear access to the setup location and that it is free of obstacles, pets, or debris.
Setup location must be within 100 feet of a power source unless a generator is rented.
4. Safety Rules
Adult supervision is required at all times.
No shoes, food, drinks, pets, or sharp objects inside the bounce house.
No flips, roughhousing, or overcrowding.
Children of significantly different sizes should not bounce together.
5. Weather Policy
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, lightning). If cancellation is weather-related, your deposit can be applied to a future rental within 6 months.
6. Damage & Cleaning Fees
The Customer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. A cleaning fee of $___ may be charged if the inflatable is returned with excessive dirt, food, or other debris.
❌ Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
If you cancel:
More than 7 days before the event: You may reschedule your rental within 6 months, and your deposit will be applied to the new date.
Less than 7 days before the event: Your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the full rental fee.
If we cancel (due to weather or unforeseen issues):
You may reschedule at no extra charge, or
Request a full refund of any payments (excluding non-refundable deposits if not weather-related).
